Policies
Pets not allowed. Two night minimum length of stay for cabins. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Check-in is at 4:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am.
- Rates exclude Holidays and Special Event weekends.
- All rates subject to change until time of booking.
- All rates subject to 7.7% tax, local fee and an 20% service charge.
Aspen Lodge, an Estes Park resort, does not charge an automatic gratuity. We do hope that you will remember the fine service you will receive and tip our employees according to what they deserve; 15-20% of the package rate is customary.
An Advance Deposit of the first night's stay is required in order to confirm a reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the balance of your bill and is refundable in full when canceled 30 or more days prior to scheduled arrival. Unconfirmed reservations can be cancelled at any time by Aspen Lodge in order to make room for confirmed guests. Deposits can be made by cash, check or Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express) or wire transfer.
