An Elk Park Ranch Ride is an experience of a lifetime. This ride begins with a van ride through two working ranches and passes rustic ranch houses and an old historic log barn. The horse ride takes you to Lake Pasture, which has four marsh lakes, wild flowers and abundant wildlife. Along the way you’ll pass the old school house and the homesteads nearby. A steep climb takes you up to Crow’s Nest for an incredible view of the lakes, the pastures below and the beautiful peaks across the valley. If all riders on the ride are capable, cantering though some of the meadow area is allowed.
