Aspen Lodge Ranch Resort
A beautiful year round ranch resort and conference center nestled between Longs Peak (14,259') and Twin Sisters. Aspen Lodge has 36 guest rooms and 23 cabins with additional amenities such as horseback riding, outdoor pool and hot tub, mountain bikes, guest exercise facility with racquetball, tennis, and much more!

Job Descriptions
COOKS/DISHWASHERS: Looking for reliable, versatile cooks with experience in many facets of culinary arts. We frequently cater for fine dinning, weddings and outdoor barbeques in different locations all at the same time.
MAINTANENCE/GROUNDS: Need to be fit, healthy and enjoy working outside. Prefer people with previous landscaping or painting experience.
HOUSEKEEPERS: Reliable and able to work without direct supervision. Previous experience preferred.
WAITSTAFF: Previous restaurant experience is preferable. Prior experience with food service computers particularly ALOHA is a major advantage.
BARTENDERS: Previous bartending experience or bartender school is required. Must be 21 years old. Willing to work in various locations including banquets and outdoor barbeques.
FRONT DESK ATTENDANTS: Must be personable with good communication skills. Prior experience with computers is required, experience with lodging software especially CLS is a major advantage.
ACTIVITY CENTER/TOUR GUIDES: Applicant should enjoy physical exercise in an outdoor setting, be outgoing and comfortable speaking in front of a variety of guests. Duties at Aspen Lodge include taking care of the facilities and making reserving activities for the guests. Outside duties include guiding hikes, mountain bike tours and scenic interpretive van tours. Applicants must have a clean driving record and current valid driver's license.
WRANGLERS: Any applicant must have a background in horsemanship and be able to document previous experience. Applicants with prior employment in a ranch resort setting or ability to drive a team of draft horses will be considered first. Duties include guiding scheduled rides and care, feeding and clean-up of horses, tack and trail maintenance.
