Exquisite Estes Park Weddings
Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa offers more than just Estes Park Colorado lodging! We provide a variety of locations for Estes Park weddings including ceremony sites and receptions. Whether you are looking for a formal indoor wedding reception, or a relaxed outdoor mountain rehearsal dinner, Aspen Lodge has the perfect setting.
Our outdoor area is easily dressed up for your wedding celebration or dressed country for those more informal wedding receptions or rehearsal dinners. With fairy lights and an open air fireplace, your party will feel magical set among a forest of aspens and evergreens. Or for smaller wedding receptions, our deck is situated perfectly to offer views of Beaver Lake and Longs Peak.
The romance of our Longs Peak room will sweep you and your guests into our mountain paradise. Constructed of lodge pole pine, the Longs Peak room at Aspen Lodge offers a vaulted ceiling, a great room fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows with majestic views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide.
Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa offers fine cuisine for our Estes Park weddings - from plated service to buffets. Our Event Services staff can refer bakers, DJs, photographers, florists, officiates and other wedding vendors to make your day extra special and hassle free!

Memorable Estes Park Wedding Sites
Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa provides several Estes Park wedding sites for your special day as well as Estes Park Colorado lodging for your guests. Wedding sites include indoor and outdoor sites. Below you will find our ceremony sites along with photo galleries for each site.
Alpine Glade
Alpine Glade is a five minute walk from the Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa's main lodge on a sandy road to an opening in the trees in our Lodge Pole Pine forest. You may have all your wedding guests walk to the ceremony site or hire a horse drawn wagon for some people to ride up to the site. Wagon and carriage rentals can be set up with the lodge event coordinator. Make your ceremony extra special and hire a horse and carriage for the bride and groom!
Appropriate walking shoes suggested.
Aspen Meadow
The Aspen Meadow is the most private of our Estes Park wedding sites. It is ideal for small intimate wedding ceremonies. It's our highest wedding site on the property. This location has wooden benches which accommodates up to 65 people. You may have all your wedding guests walk to the outdoor ceremony site or hire a horse drawn wagon for some people to ride up to the site. Wagon and carriage rentals can be set up with the lodge event coordinator. The Aspen Meadow is a 20 minute uphill walk from the main lodge. We suggest adding a note to your invitation about wearing appropriate walking shoes.
Diamond Meadow
Follow a wooded path to an open meadow of wildflowers, a three minute walk from the Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa's main lodge. This is the lodge's largest of their Estes Park wedding sites accommodating up to 300 people. It is conveniently located downhill from the main lodge and its ideal for spring and fall Estes Park wedding ceremonies.
The Front Lawn
Located just in front of the Longs Peak Room deck and main lodge. Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa's front lawn offers an outdoor site with the convenience of indoor amenities nearby for all your guests. This Estes Park wedding location provides stunning views of Longs Peak in all your photos. For great large group shots of your family and friends, take them from the deck of the Longs Peak reception room.
Beaver Mountain Lake
Located at the base of the Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa's property, Beaver Mountain Lake offers tranquil water and a wondrous view of the mountain for small intimate wedding ceremonies. This gorgeous outdoor wedding location provides stunning views of Longs Peak in all your photos! The lake side is a small area best set up for standing only weddings with chairs only set up for those who need them.
Aspen Grill Dining Room
A gorgeous room with views unmatched anywhere else in the area. The floor to ceiling windows overlook the mountains and western accents create a cozy setting to have an event in.
With seating for up to 85 people, the Aspen Grill Dining Room is an ideal location to hold a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or a family party. The Ten Bears Saloon next door carries a fine selection of beer, wine and spirits to enhance any event.
Bring in your own centerpieces or fresh flowers to add your own character to this beautiful mountain setting. We offer ivory linen with an option of ivory or black napkins. Other linen colors may be rented.
Longs Peak Room
The Longs Peak Room is located at the center of Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa, a 30,000 square foot log structure. Two story windows look across the valley to Longs Peak, the highest mountain in northern Colorado. This room has a large stone fireplace, a majestic view and a warm atmosphere and seats up to 180 people.
Aspen Lodge Resort & Spa makes its own aspen log centerpieces with a 10" chimney which are available for your wedding reception or party. We offer ivory linen with an option of an ivory or green napkin. Other linen colors may be rented.
The deck creates dramatic wedding photo opportunities. The lobby is the staging point for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The reception room is set with 5' round tables seating up to 8 people and 8' banquet tables seating up to 10 people.
