An Advance Deposit of the first night's stay is required in order to confirm a reservation.  This deposit will be applied towards the balance of your bill and is refundable in full when canceled 30 or more days prior to scheduled arrival.  Unconfirmed reservations can be cancelled at any time by Aspen Lodge in order to make room for confirmed guests.
Deposits can be made by cash, check or Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express) or wire transfer.
